Third Annual Boeing Classic Returns to Snoqualmie

Tom Kite wins the Second Annual Boeing Classic in 2006Seventy-eight Champions Tour professionals will descend on picturesque TPC Snoqualmie Ridge on Aug. 24-26, hoping to grab a piece of the $1.6 million purse at the Boeing Classic, back for its third year as the only PGA Tour stop in the Puget Sound. In 2006, Tom Kite shot a 6-under 66 on Sunday but needed a playoff to capture the title, defeating Keith Fergus on the first playoff hole. The Boeing Classic has quickly become one of the top Tour stops for attendance and charitable dollars raised, with more $1.5 million going to The Heart Insitute at Virginia Mason Medical Center, The First Tee of Greater Seattle and the Nutrition and Fitness for Life Program.
